meron ng Generics Act before di ba, if only this is properly implemented, no need for this cheap medicine bill...kung maipapasa ba etong bill na to, will DOH do its job this time? If they were unable to do it before, they wont be able to do it now!
Besides, do these congressman doctors prescribe these generic drugs for themselves or even their families? I doubt it, for sure they are not using these things they say good for the people but not good enoughfor them...Think about it...
Tama kadyan Lai95, i agreed that we dont need another version of a cheap medicine bill, ang kailangan lang natin eh ang implementations. Yan ang problema sa ating gobyerno, they're good of filling new law, pero tamad naman tayo mag pasatupad nito. As you've said, will DOH will do their job na isapatupad ito? Plus it will kill the medicine- industry, I think ang tamang solusyon sa problemang ito eh, turuan ang mga doctor na magreseta ng "generic brand" at ang mga pharmacist na mag suggestion ng "generic brand" para mas mura....
